During his tenure with Elliott, Thiesen was responsible for G1000 King Air retrofit programs and the Collins Aerospace Modernization upgrade on the King Air series aircraft. He reports directly to the Blackhawk Aerospace Executive Committee as he pursues avionics opportunities within general aviation and the government/military market.

Ron Jennings’ experience includes 42 years in the corporate aviation industry. Prior to Blackhawk, Jennings served as Vice President of Sales at Jets MRO, Senior Vice President of Business Development at C&L Aviation, Vice President of Sales at Premier Private Jet, Vice President Technical Sales and Services at J.A. Air Center near Chicago, IL and Regional Sales Manager at Constant Aviation. Prior to that, he held a 17-year tenure at Elliott Aviation beginning as a Regional Sales Manager and progressing to Director of Service Sales and later Director of Completion Sales, while managing inside and technical sales teams. Earlier in his career, he served in an operational role as Director of Maintenance at JetCorp. Throughout his career, Jennings has assisted customers with their technical services sales for many different aircraft types, including Bombardier, Gulfstream, Falcon, Textron, and Embraer.

Jennings is a licensed A&P technician with Inspection Authorization, as well as a licensed pilot, and earned a degree from the Spartan School of Aeronautics.

Originally from Camp Hill, PA, Todd began his aviation career after graduating from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (Daytona Beach campus) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Avionics Engineering. He launched his avionics career with Northeast Air in Portland, ME, and later joined Craig Avionics in Concord, NH. After ten years in the avionics field—while also earning his pilot credentials—Todd relocated to Idaho to raise his son and start his own home electronics business. There, he specialized in home theater and home automation systems in neighboring Jackson Hole, WY. His experience with Ethernet and RS-232 networking eventually led him back to the aircraft industry as cockpit technology rapidly advanced. In 2010, Todd joined Teton Aviation Center in Driggs, ID, where he established and developed the company’s Avionics Shop and FAA Repair Station. He managed the department for 19 years, overseeing service and installation of avionics systems for general aviation aircraft, warbirds, turbine aircraft, and corporate fleets. In May 2024, Todd joined Blackhawk Aerospace as Sales Manager.

Prior to Blackhawk, Jennings served as Vice President of Sales at Jets MRO, Senior Vice President of Business Development at C&L Aviation, Vice President of Sales at Premier Private Jet, Vice President Technical Sales and Services at J.A. Air Center near Chicago, IL and Regional Sales Manager at Constant Aviation. Prior to that, he held a 17-year tenure at Elliott Aviation beginning as a Regional Sales Manager and progressing to Director of Service Sales and later Director of Completion Sales, while managing inside and technical sales teams. Earlier in his career, he served in an operational role as Director of Maintenance at JetCorp. Throughout his career, Jennings has assisted customers with their technical services sales for many different aircraft types, including Bombardier, Gulfstream, Falcon, Textron, and Embraer.

Jennings is a licensed A&P technician with Inspection Authorization, as well as a licensed pilot, and earned a degree from the Spartan School of Aeronautics.

Originally from Camp Hill, PA, Todd began his aviation career after graduating from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (Daytona Beach campus) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Avionics Engineering. He launched his avionics career with Northeast Air in Portland, ME, and later joined Craig Avionics in Concord, NH. After ten years in the avionics field—while also earning his pilot credentials—Todd relocated to Idaho to raise his son and start his own home electronics business. There, he specialized in home theater and home automation systems in neighboring Jackson Hole, WY. His experience with Ethernet and RS-232 networking eventually led him back to the aircraft industry as cockpit technology rapidly advanced. In 2010, Todd joined Teton Aviation Center in Driggs, ID, where he established and developed the company’s Avionics Shop and FAA Repair Station. He managed the department for 19 years, overseeing service and installation of avionics systems for general aviation aircraft, warbirds, turbine aircraft, and corporate fleets. In May 2024, Todd joined Blackhawk Aerospace as Sales Manager.
