Conrad Theisen joined the Blackhawk team in 2021 to expand strategic opportunities within the avionics marketplace. He moved into this newly created position when Blackhawk purchased Columbia Avionics later the same year. With new engine STCs now requiring close collaboration with avionics OEMs such as Garmin or Collins Aerospace, he helps bridge the gap within Blackhawk.

Theisen brings 25 years of avionics expertise and experience working with OEMs from his former position, director of avionics sales at Elliott Aviation. During his tenure with Elliott, Thiesen was responsible for G1000 King Air retrofit programs and the Collins Aerospace Modernization upgrade on the King Air series aircraft. He reports directly to the Blackhawk Aerospace Executive Committee as he pursues avionics opportunities within general aviation and the government/military market.

With more than 20 years in the aviation industry, Scott Keefe began his career in 2004 with Raisbeck Engineering, where he advanced from shipping and receiving to ultimately overseeing sales and marketing. That hands-on progression built a strong technical foundation along with a deep commitment to customer service. Over the past eight years at Blackhawk, Keefe have served in multiple roles, starting as a marketing consultant, moving into sales and marketing integration, and now leading as Sales Manager. In his current role, he also supports the marketing team by providing technical insight and a salesperson’s perspective to help shape effective content and strategy. Keefe was drawn to Blackhawk by the outstanding people and industry-leading products. He is passionate about customer success, goes above and beyond to identify the right solutions, and ensures customers receive maximum value from their investment.

Cisca has over 25 years of experience in aviation, with a strong background in general aviation sales. She has been with Blackhawk for nearly 15 years, supporting customers across the Africa region. Client-focused and highly accessible, Cisca enjoys every aspect of her role—especially selling engines and engine-related products in an industry that is fast-paced and never boring. She is always available to assist customers and takes pride in working for a company known for its positive energy, innovation, and customer-first approach.

Dale Morrow is the Vice President of the Engine Exchange Program at Blackhawk, bringing 28 years of aviation industry experience. His background spans engine maintenance management, engine and parts sales, customer service, international operations, and production planning, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both technical and business challenges. At Blackhawk, Dale focuses on developing and optimizing engine programs that help customers reduce downtime and navigate complex market conditions. Drawn to the challenge of building on Blackhawk’s legacy, he is committed to improving forecasting, strengthening sales strategies, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Known for his collaborative and forward-thinking approach, Dale works across teams and with vendor partners to deliver practical solutions and lasting value for customers.

With 13 years of experience in the aerospace industry, Jimmy Warren has built a strong background supporting and selling avionics, aircraft upgrades, repairs, and command-and-control systems. His broad technical knowledge and customer-focused approach enable him to effectively identify solutions that enhance aircraft performance and operational capability for Blackhawk Aerospace customers. Jimmy joined Blackhawk six months ago as Director of Business Development. In this role, he focuses on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and instilling confidence in customers that Blackhawk can make a meaningful difference in their aircraft and operational processes. His favorite part of the job is meeting new customers and helping fulfill critical aviation requirements. Prior to entering the aerospace business sector, Jimmy served 26 years in the United States Air Force as both a civil engineer and an E-3 Sentry/AWACS Master Air Battle Manager. Over a 22-year flying career aboard the Boeing E-3 Sentry, he logged more than 3,000 flight hours, bringing deep operational insight and leadership experience to his work in business development today.

Ron Jennings’ experience includes 42 years in the corporate aviation industry. Prior to Blackhawk, Jennings served as Vice President of Sales at Jets MRO, Senior Vice President of Business Development at C&L Aviation, Vice President of Sales at Premier Private Jet, Vice President Technical Sales and Services at J.A. Air Center near Chicago, IL and Regional Sales Manager at Constant Aviation. Prior to that, he held a 17-year tenure at Elliott Aviation beginning as a Regional Sales Manager and progressing to Director of Service Sales and later Director of Completion Sales, while managing inside and technical sales teams. Earlier in his career, he served in an operational role as Director of Maintenance at JetCorp. Throughout his career, Jennings has assisted customers with their technical services sales for many different aircraft types, including Bombardier, Gulfstream, Falcon, Textron, and Embraer.

Jennings is a licensed A&P technician with Inspection Authorization, as well as a licensed pilot, and earned a degree from the Spartan School of Aeronautics.

Originally from Camp Hill, PA, Todd began his aviation career after graduating from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (Daytona Beach campus) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Avionics Engineering. He launched his avionics career with Northeast Air in Portland, ME, and later joined Craig Avionics in Concord, NH. After ten years in the avionics field—while also earning his pilot credentials—Todd relocated to Idaho to raise his son and start his own home electronics business. There, he specialized in home theater and home automation systems in neighboring Jackson Hole, WY. His experience with Ethernet and RS-232 networking eventually led him back to the aircraft industry as cockpit technology rapidly advanced. In 2010, Todd joined Teton Aviation Center in Driggs, ID, where he established and developed the company’s Avionics Shop and FAA Repair Station. He managed the department for 19 years, overseeing service and installation of avionics systems for general aviation aircraft, warbirds, turbine aircraft, and corporate fleets. In May 2024, Todd joined Blackhawk Aerospace as Sales Manager.
