Upgrade TodayFrom the propeller to the turbine parameters, the PT6E-66XT’s control is provided entirely by the master system: the Engine and Propeller Electronic Control System (EPECS). This system optimizes the powerplants performance throughout the flight envelope while reducing pilot workload by integrating all functions and protecting the life of the engine. The TBM 960 retains some of the groundbreaking features found in the TBM 940, such as the autothrottle and the HomeSafe Autoland system, while introducing luxury advancements within the cabin. Touchscreen controlled electronically dimmable windows replace the standard window shades, LED lighting is lined along the cabin ceiling, and passenger cabin temperature is easily managed with a touchscreen controller. Performance, safety, and comfort are the pillars of Daher’s newest innovation that takes the evolution of the TBM very fast turboprop family once step further.
