Meet the AVEX Sales Team

Dave’s aviation career began as an F/A-18 Hornet avionics technician in the Navy. After 10 years of dedicated service, he joined AVEX Aviation, where he has spent over ten years working in the avionics field, rising to the position of lead avionics technician. Over the course of his employment, Dave has received numerous training awards from highly respected organizations such as Daher, Garmin, and the FAA, showcasing his exceptional skills and expertise.

In addition to his exceptional problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities on TBM aircraft, Dave is renowned for his ability to handle AOG situations over the phone or in person, as well as his eagerness to assist with rescuing aircraft in the field. Dave’s passion for the TBM community is evident in his unwavering work ethic and commitment to delivering top-quality customer service and support. Alongside his avionics work, Dave also obtained a bachelor’s degree in project management, highlighting his dedication to continuous improvement and expanding his skill set to better serve our clients. At AVEX Aviation, we are proud to have such a talented and committed team member as Dave.

Danielle, the Vice President of Sales, is a highly experienced professional with over a decade of experience in the TBM Product industry. Her outstanding sales track record has earned her the title of “The New Face of Aircraft Sales” by AOPA Magazine. Danielle is an industry expert in TBM Market Review Webinars, Certified TBM Valuations, and Future Value Forecasts. She is also a data specialist and has created the AVEX AVM (Automated Valuation Model) for TBM Aircraft, which uses an algorithm to predict the sales price of aircraft based on current market trends and AVEX’s market data.

Danielle holds a B.A. in Business Management and a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of California, as well as an M.B.A. in Marketing from Pepperdine University. She is an Adjunct Professor for California State University, Los Angeles in the Aviation Technology Department, where she teaches Aircraft Sales courses. Additionally, Danielle is a private pilot and aircraft owner, and her contributions to the industry have been recognized by NBAA as one of Business Aviation’s Top 40 under 40 Young Professionals.

In 2021, Max became part of the AVEX team as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at the KCMA facility. His responsibilities included aiding in avionics sales, managing aircraft upgrades and closings, alongside various marketing tasks. In 2023, Max advanced to the position of TBM Sales Specialist at our KBJC facility, where he now focuses on the sale of both new and preowned TBM aircraft.

A passionate aviation enthusiast, Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is also a certified private pilot.

In 2014, Stan became a valuable member of the AVEX team, primarily focusing on Avionics. He possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge, having earned certifications from FAA, Garmin, and Daher. Since 2019, Stan has been serving as a lead technician and consistently adheres to a high standard of work when it comes to inspections, installations, upgrades, STCs, and troubleshooting.

Stan’s commitment to excellence and exceptional work ethic have not gone unnoticed, as he was recognized by AMT Magazine as one of aviation’s top 40 under 40 maintenance technicians. This recognition is a testament to Stan’s dedication to his craft and his unwavering pursuit of perfection in every aspect of his work. At AVEX Aviation, we are privileged to have such a talented and accomplished team member as Stan.

At AVEX Aviation’s Camarillo office, Ashley Trala serves as the Client Relations Manager, offering assistance to the Sales Specialists at both locations. She is capable of providing support with tasks such as aircraft closings, training schedules, and travel logistics. Since joining AVEX in 2015, Ashley has gained expertise in various processes, including escrow, loans, FAA registrations and transfers, import/export procedures, and more.

Prior to her role at AVEX, Ashley worked for ten years in worker’s compensation investigation while pursuing her Associates Degree and then her Bachelors of Science in Business at California State University Channel Islands.
